Functionality
Adjust volume level and change programs of your wireless-enabled hearing aids. Edit and personalize program names. Adjust volume level when using Beltone Direct Line wireless accessories to stream audio from sources like TV and stereos directly to hearing aids. Use the dedicated link screen to monitor the connection status between the app and your hearing aids.

I bought this device to use in conjunction with my hearing aids. It worked good. I could turn on my iPhone and it would stream the microphone output from the phone to my aids, I could hear conversation much better. Then I upgraded my iPhone OS and this feature disappeared. I contacted Apple and Beltone and to be expected they couldnt care less about the problem so now Im stuck with a pair of $8000.00 hearing that work about the same as the 10 dollar type you can get at Walgreens.
I may be able to wright a good review if there was instruction online I could download. The instruction that come with the device are so small I can only read it with difficulty. What Beltone has on their site look to be sales hype. I have contacted Beltone online support had not heard from then, 5 hours.
I have beltone true 17 hearing aids. I just purchased the direct phone link 2. Problem is, microphone control doesnt show up in the app. No streamers showing. Also, waiting to hear from beltone online support.
Great to be able to control the volume on my new Beltones discreetly on my iPhone!!!!!!
You can see & adjust volumes and programs in the hearing aids. Initially I had problems with it requiring that I turn the Phone Link 2 off & on. When I turned on the Hearing Aid Mode, it worked perfectly and even made telephone calls clearer. See Settings, General, Accessibility, Hearing Aids to turn on.
